Addressing the press conference on Thursday, UP Congress Committee President Ajay Rai said that fake cases are being imposed in the Yogi government for speaking the truth and opposing the government’s malpractices. Not only Congress workers but also journalists and social workers are grinding in it. We will reorganize our law department afresh and make justice warrior.

Ajay Rai said that this justice warrior will legally give justice to the victims of government dictatorship and keep the flame of truth and justice burning. He said that the soldiers of the Law Department will work to give more edge to the movement of the public Rahul Gandhi against the theft and the corrupt model of the Election Commission. Not only this, by highlighting the rigging happening in the voter list, those whose names are being cut will provide legal assistance to them.
State Coordinator of Law Department Asif Rizvi Rinku said that the BJP government in the entire state has filed about 1719 cases due to political vengeance on Congress workers. We will provide legal assistance to all our brothers and stand with them.
Conflict will be done to implement the Advocate Protection Act
Asif Rizvi said that there will be a fight to implement the Advocate Protection Act. Efforts will be made to arrange for the advocates to sit in the courts. Junior advocates (up to five years) will fight to get stypend. The Yogi government was promised to insure the lawyers up to 1000000 (one million rupees), which later retracted it as usual. This important demand of advocates will be met by putting pressure on the government, along with this, there will be a demand to provide financial assistance of 2000000 (Rs twenty lakh rupees) to the families of the deceased advocates.

Addressing the press conference, Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee Law Department Chairman Nitin Kumar Mishra said that from time to time we have been struggling for the interests of advocates and will continue further. We are determined to take a front against the dictatorship being done by the advocate government. We will maintain the hope of justice through our justice warriors in the Law Department of the Congress.

State Congress President Ajay Rai duly granted the Congress membership by wearing a Congress tricolor plaque around everyone’s neck and giving a party membership card. Nitin Sharma, joining in -charge of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, Sharad Mishra, the outgoing state vice president of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee were present on the occasion.
