Shubman Gill has been made the vice -captain of the team, while Suryakumar Yadav will captain. The most discussed is about Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shreyas Iyer being out of the team.
Former India player Madan Lal also expressed his opinion on this team. He expressed surprise at keeping Jaiswal out of the team. At the same time, the decision to remove Hardik Pandya from vice -captain also questioned. However, Pandya has got a place in the team, but he is no longer a vice -captain.
