Nowadays the relationship is known from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Stories. If a couple goes on a date, then immediately posts the photo, someone writes a romantic caption on an anniversary or birthday. But is it really necessary to show love again and again on social media?
Relationship experts believe that such couples who post less or do not public their personal life, live more happy and relaxed in real life. The reason is that their energy seems to be in understanding and fulfilling the relationship.
Why are couples who post less happy?
1. Meditation on truth instead of showing
Couples whose focus is on strengthening their relationship, do not feel the need for social media to prove it. Their priority is to spend quality time with each other, not to post every moment.
2. Prevention of comparison and stress
On social media, people often start comparing themselves to the relationships of others. Posting repeatedly inadvertently creates pressure on the couples to always look “perfect”. At the same time, the couples who post less are avoided this stress and enjoy their relationship in a true form.
3. Relaxation in private life
Every relationship is special and keeping it private sometimes gives more relief. When couples do not public their life, they also have to reduce the opinion or criticism of outsiders. This makes confidence and understanding in the relationship stronger.
Is it right to show love on social media or not?
It is not wrong to show love in a relationship. Sometimes it is nice to share special moments. But repeatedly posting does not reflect the depth of the relationship. Real points are to understand, trust and enjoy the moments spent together.
It is important to balance a balance. That is, if you want to show love on social media, then do not keep the happiness and strength of the relationship based on it. The real happiness is in your relationship, not showing others.
