Australia opening batter Travis Head launches Aiden Markram for a huge six over the deep-midwicket boundary as he scores a massive hundred in the dead rubber game against South Africa in the last One-day game of the series.
Australian batsman Travis Head has been lagging in form since the IPL 2025; he also could not pull off anything special for Australia in the white-ball games following the conclusion of the IPL. The final ODI against South Africa has probably unleashed his brutal side again.
Though struggling with white-ball cricket, he has been indispensable in the longest format of the game, still playing a crucial hand in the Australian team's limited success with the bat. Head played a crucial role in Australia's Test triumph in the Caribbean.

However, ever since his return to white-ball cricket, he has struggled to score runs for Australia in the South Africa home series. He played in the T20I series as well before the ODIs, but forget about his prime form; he looked more like an amateur on the field.
However, despite the sudden dip in form, the Australians have not dropped him, and the backing has borne fruit as Travis Head smashes a swashbuckling ton in the final ODI. Though Australia might have already lost the series, this return to form is a good sign before the India series in October.
Aiden Markram bowled to Head as he tossed up a delivery angling towards the pads of the batter. He swept hard at it, intending to send it out of the park, and obtained the desired result as the ball was seen travelling on to the roof of the stadium.
