Airtel coined the outage a ‘temporary disrupt’ and assured users it would be resolved within an hour. The company stated, ‘We apologize for the increase. The issue you’re facing appears to be due to a temporary connectivity disrupt and is expected to be resolved within one hour. Once that time has passed, please restart your mobile phone to restore services. Thank you, ‘Read the airtel cares message.’
