Method (Ganesh Chaturthi Special, Chocolate Modak Recipe)
- Add dark chocolate to a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or melt in a double boiler. Make a smooth paste by stirring well.
- Now add condensed milk, biscuit powder, cocoa powder (if you want to pour) and dry fruits in molten chocolate. Mix well until a soft and binding mixer is ready.
- Grease modak mold with light ghee. Fill the prepared mixture in the mold and press it lightly. Then slowly open the mold and remove the modak. Remove all the modaks in a plate and let it cool 10-15 minutes in the fridge so that they are set.
- If there is no mold, then you can also make modak size by hand. If you want, you can fill a mixture of a little peanut butter or coconut for surprise element. Decorate by adding silver work or chocolate chips on top.
