A police source told the outlet that Mingus allegedly 'punched the victim in the leg, choked her, and slammed her to the ground', leaving visible redness on her body. Previous accounts of assaultThis is not the first time Mingus has faced legal trouble. His run-in with the law comes nearly four years after his previous arrest for assaulting a woman at the San Gennaro festival in March 2022. ENews reports, at the time, a 24-year-old woman stated that a verbal altercation with Mingus escalated when he punched her in the face, causing her to suffer an injury beneath her left eye. He accepted a plea deal that downgraded the charge to disorderly conduct.

Mingus' professional lifeMingus is a prominent name in the modelling industry. He has posed for top brands and even walked the runway for several high-fashion brands including Tommy Hilfiger and Versace.

While he has not pursued acting opportunities with his famous dad, he has worked with his mom on photoshoots.
