BPSC AES, ATP Vacancy 2025: The Bihar Public Service Commission has issued notifications for two new recruitments. The commission has invited applications for 35 posts of Assistant Town Investor and 17 posts of Assistant Environmental Scientist. Separate recruitment advertisements have been issued for both these posts. Both recruitments are for post-graduate candidates. Notifications for both recruitments are available on the official website bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

Registration will start from 27th to 28th August.

You can also apply for Assistant Environmental Scientist Recruitment in the Bihar State Pollution Control Board under the Bihar Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, Bihar, from 27th August. The last date for the application is 19th September.

Applications for Assistant Town Investor Recruitment under the Urban Development and Housing Department, Bihar, will start from 28th August itself. The last date to apply has been fixed as 22nd September 2025. After the announcement of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the commission has kept the application fee at just Rs 100 for all categories.

Qualification and Age Limit
To apply for these posts, candidates should have a degree in relevant subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Physics, and Town Planning/Regional/Urban Planning/City Planning/Country Planning). It is mandatory to have a postgraduate degree in Planning/Transport Planning/Housing/Environmental Planning.

The age limit has been fixed as a minimum age of 21 and a maximum age of 37 years. Reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age as per government rules. Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates for Assistant City Investor Recruitment will be selected based on performance in the written examination only. Whereas, Assistant Environmental Scientist will be recruited on the basis of performance in written examination and interview.
