Thousands flood Hanoi metro following National Day parade rehearsal

According to Hanoi Metro, on Sunday, both the Cat Linh – Ha Dong line, connecting Cat Linh in the central area to Ha Dong in the southwest of Hanoi, and the Nhon – Hanoi Railway Station line, linking Nhon in the western part of the city to Hanoi Railway Station in the city center, operated 518 train trips, serving more than 141,000 passengers safely.
This marked the highest ridership since both metro lines began operations. The Cat Linh – Ha Dong line recorded passenger numbers 2.5 times higher than usual and double that of previous National Day peak periods.
