NEET UG 2025 Round-2 Counselling Details

NEET UG 2025 Counselling Update: The registration for the second round of NEET UG counselling is set to commence on August 29. This round is intended for candidates who either did not secure a seat in the first round or wish to upgrade their previously allotted seat. To participate, candidates must visit the official website mcc.nic.in and log in using their NEET UG roll number and password. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon release the updated schedule for Round-2 counselling on the official site.

Eligibility for Round-2 Counselling:

• Individuals who did not register or take part in the first round.


• Those who registered in the first round but were not assigned a seat.


• Candidates who received a seat in the first round but failed to report to the designated college.


• Applicants wishing to upgrade their seat from the first round.

Ineligibility Criteria:

Those who have accepted their first-round seat and reported to the assigned institution are not permitted to apply for the second round.

Required Documents:

• NEET UG admit card issued by NTA.


• NEET UG scorecard or rank letter.


• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet.


• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet.


• Valid photo identification (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or driving license).


• 8-12 passport-sized photographs.


• Provisional allotment letter downloaded from the MCC portal.


• Proof of fee payment (counselling fee and security deposit).
