On this special occasion, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also addressed the press conference, in which he spoke openly about the politics of Maharashtra besides the appointment of Amit Satam.
The Chief Minister told reporters that for a long time Ashish Seller took responsibility for the post of President of Mumbai. The BJP won under his leadership in many important elections. This was a new flight election for Mumbai BJP. The third time the BJP proved that it is the largest party in Mumbai.
He further said that after communicating with other senior leaders of our party’s national president JP Nadda, we decided to hand over the responsibility of the post of President of Mumbai to Amit Satam. All the MLAs have chosen their names together. Today the President has announced his name.
Amit Satam is famous as a vocal MLA in the assembly. He has established an image among the people on the strength of his impunity. He has been a three -time MLA from Mumbai. Apart from this, he has also worked in BMC.
The Chief Minister said that the role of Amit Satam is going to be important in Maharashtra. They will soon move forward with a good team. I congratulate him on behalf of all the activists of Mumbai. We have full faith in them.
Apart from this, he also spoke about ‘vote theft’ and accused the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha of lying. He said that the biggest sad thing is that even our leaders of Maharashtra are dreaming that Rahul Gandhi is right. But, we have to understand that there is no shop of lies.
The fort of lies collapses. Till these people will not know that we have to win their faith in the middle of the people, then nothing is going to happen to these people and it is not going to benefit these people.
