Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan (Shahrukh Khan) has got a new 4 bhk-festing apartment of about 2,800 sq ft on Bandra’s Carter of Bandra Road under the renovation of Shri Amrut Society, where he bought his first house in Mumbai. According to a report, the project, launched by Mr. Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, is expected to start in the first half of FY 2027 and may earn an income of Rs 1,500–2,000 crore.

Shah Rukh Khan bought his flat in Sri Amrit Society soon after his marriage, which was his first property in Mumbai. With renovation, they will now get a house with an area of ​​155% more than their original apartments. Anand Pandit, CMD of Shri Lotus Developers, said, “The sellable units will be 4 and 5 BHK, which will depend on the final looks of the schemes.” He further stated that the property of the property will be 1.35 lakh square feet.
