Two women have been seen in a video fighting at Notting Hill Carnival yesterday. The brawl took place during the Carnival's family and children's day, where the police made 140 arrests.
In a clip uploaded to TikTok, two young carnival-goers were seen trading blows in the middle of a busy London street. The pair grappled, pulled each other's hair and swung fists as onlookers shouted: "Where is security?"
A Met Police spokesperson said: "It doesn't appear this incident was brought to officers' attention at the time. We're also not aware of any subsequent reports or allegations from the parties involved."
A total of 140 people were arrested on the first day of Carnival. The Met confirmed that of the dozens of arrests at the event in west London, 15 were for assaults on police. One officer required hospital treatment after sustaining injuries to their hand and the force confirmed all officers will receive the appropriate support.

More than 50 arrests were linked to illegal drugs, and 21 were due to possession of an illegal weapon.
Police were assisted with live facial recognition and it said 13 of the 35 arrests on the approach to Carnival followed positive identifications using the new technology.
Additional powers were authorised between 10am yesterday and 2am today as part of the Notting Hill Carnival policing operation.
