Starbucks has rolled out its fall menu for 2025 with the items, including the immensely popular Pumpkin Spice Latte, available beginning Tuesday, August 26. Starbucks is bringing back its iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte, the seasonal beverage credited with kicking off the pumpkin spice craze.
A new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado will arrive at Starbucks cafés tomorrow, marking the start of the autumn drink season at the country’s biggest coffee chain. It’s joined by the Pumpkin Spice Latte, of course, along with a slew of other pumpkin-themed treats to spice up your workweek.
"More than 20 years ago, Starbucks introduced the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), which sparked a global cultural phenomenon, and quickly became Starbucks most popular seasonal beverage of all time," the coffee giant said in a news release.
The return of the PSL has become an annual rite of late summer since Starbucks introduced the drink. Over the last two decades, customers have looked forward to the PSL's return.

The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is also back this year, crafted with Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice to create a perfectly balanced sip.
Also returning is the fan-favorite Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte which is inspired by customer and barista customizations; this creamy fall beverage pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice. The common thing among these drinks is that- all of these beverages are made with real pumpkin.

The Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte is back, featuring Starbucks Blonde Espresso, oatmilk, notes of pecan, rich brown butter and holiday baking spices. The iced version includes a layer of vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. Customers can also add a pecan twist to any iced beverage by customizing it with Pecan Cold Foam.
Starbucks introduced the Cortado earlier this year, a coffee drink crafted with three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso and topped with steamed milk. (Ristretto shots are smaller but more concentrated than regular espresso.) One of the current variations on the menu is the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado.
