Ninja Thirsti bottle shoppers say is 'better than Stanley' now on sale for under £25

Reusable water bottles have become a part of daily routines, whether it's for the office, the gym, or simply making sure you're drinking enough throughout the day. They're also a great, environmentally friendly alternative to grab-and-go plastic water bottles. One make of reusable bottle that's caught my attention recently is the Ninja Thirsti travel bottle, as it is on sale in both the small and large sizes. The smaller 530ml bottle currently costs £24.99 (down from £29.99) on the Ninja website. The brand has also reduced the price of the 700ml version to £29.99, down from £34.99.

The bottle comes in five colours, including a soft mint green that is my personal favourite. Its slim design, dishwasher-safe build, and lid, which is said to be "leak-proof," allow it to slip easily into a bag without the worry of spills.

Ninja says the Thirsti uses three layers of insulation, which can keep drinks hot or cold for longer. According to Ninja's description, it can keep water chilled for up to 24 hours and hot drinks warm for around eight. It's also been marketed as a bottle that helps soda, pop, and other effervescent drinks hold their fizz for longer, something that sets it apart from many rivals.

That performance has made it a regular bestseller during sales and big shopping events, with some shoppers saying it competes with trend-led brands like Stanley and Yeti. Reviews on Ninja's website currently give the bottle an average score of 4.6 stars out of five based on almost 2,000 reviews. Most people highlight how well it retains temperature, as well as the sturdy feel and the convenience of being able to put it in the dishwasher.

One purchaser wrote: "Excellent best water bottle I have used, certainly lives up to its description."

Another said they were surprised by how it compared to trendier rivals: "Stanley who? Ninja Thirsti all the way! Amazing. I've tried hot, cold, and fizzy drinks, indoor and outdoor. I highly recommend." And a third person wrote: "Really cold! Fantastic, better than my Stanley for keeping your water cold."

Not everyone has had the same experience, though. A few reviewers mentioned that the ice melted faster than they expected, and one person wrote: "I used it with ice today to test it out in 25-degree heat... the ice melted within an hour."

Others suggested that lighter colours, such as mint and white, can mark more easily with everyday use. One customer wrote, "Outside of the bottle marks very easily, so if you don't mind it looking tatty, this is the one for you."
