Berhampur: Engineer and chalk artist K. Bijay Kumar Reddy, an employee of TPSODL Berhampur, has created a remarkable miniature of Lord Ganesh through chalk carving which carries a strong message of world peace.
Just 3 centimetres in height, the idol was intricately carved out of a single piece of chalk. It took Bijay nearly three hours to complete it.
Through the unique art, Reddy seeks to convey the theme of ‘Ganesh blessings on earth’ — a call for harmony and peace across the globe.
Reddy, who is well known for his series of miniature chalk artworks, has set many records and earned recognition for his rare artistic talent.
His devotion to spreading positive messages through chalk art continues to inspire people in Berhampur and beyond.
“Lord Ganesh symbolizes wisdom and peace. Through this chalk idol, I wanted to share the message that peace and unity are the true blessings our world needs today,” Bijay said his latest creation.
