
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to receive a brand-new 4 BHK sea-facing apartment spanning approximately 2800 sq ft on Carter Road in Bandra as part of the redevelopment of Shri Amrut Society where he purchased his first home in Mumbai. According to a report by Hindustan Times the project led by Shri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd is expected to launch in the first half of FY27 and could generate revenue of Rs 1500 - 2000 crore. Shah Rukh Khan bought his flat in Shri Amrut Society his first property in Mumbai soon after his marriage. The redevelopment will now provide him with a home that offers 155% more space than his original apartment. Anand Pandit CMD of Shri Lotus Developers said The saleable units will be 4 and 5 BHK depending on the finalisation of the plans. He further added that the total saleable area of the project will be 1.35 lakh sq ft. Shah Rukh Khans Property on Carter Road Located on Carter Road on one acre of seafront land this society was built in the 1980s and consists of three wings. Each member will receive a 45% share while the remaining 55% of the area will be allocated for sale. The developer is expected to price the new units at around Rs 1.5 lakh per sq ft sources said. Shri Amrut Society is located just 2 km away from Salman Khans Galaxy apartment and about 3 km from Khans iconic Mannat bungalow in Bandra Bandstand which is being renovated.
