To turn on the feature, go to the settings of WhatsApp.
After that, click on Privacy.
Then you will get the option of Contacts. Click on the toggle in front of it and turn it on.
After turning it on, the number will be saved on WhatsApp, and you will be able to access it while using WhatsApp on any device.
Let us tell you that after turning on this feature, the number is also saved in your phone. However, for this, when you save the number, you will have to turn on an option called Sync contact to phone.

This will sync the number saved on WhatsApp with the phone, and it will be visible at both places. However, if you want to save the number only on WhatsApp, then turn off the option of Sync contact to phone. You can use this feature as per your convenience.
