New Delhi. Confirming its commitment to social responsibility and healthcare upgradation, IDBI Bank today formally handed over medical equipment to Safdarjung Hospital under its comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This contribution includes two advanced ECG machines with trolleys for the Emergency Medical Department and a refined fuus extractor for the Pathology Department. The ceremony of handing over the approval included senior officials of the hospital administration, IDBI Bank officials and healthcare professionals, who are a significant step towards increasing the clinical capabilities and security standards of the hospital. Heart monitoring will increase the abilities and also improve the response time for significant heart evaluation.

Advanced Fume Extractor is an essential laboratory safety tool designed to catch and remove dangerous formalidhyde vapor and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Prolonged contact of such smoke can cause irritation, respiratory problems and even cancer, which makes safety very important for laboratory personnel. Dr. Sandeep Bansal, Director, Safdarjung Hospital, expressed his praise for this contribution and said: “This generous contribution of IDBI Bank makes a significant progress in our healthcare distribution capabilities. So that our medical team will be able to provide faster and more accurate heart evaluation in critical moments.

For our Pathology Department, the fume extract will create a safe work environment for our laboratory employees, ensuring that they can continue their important work in optimal circumstances.
