Accident in delhi: The death of 32 -year -old Sujit Mandal in Samaypur Badli area of the capital Delhi has raised many questions. The police have described the case as a hit and run, but the family of the deceased is calling it a well-planned murder. The incident is being reported on the night of 23 August.
Minor accused of hit and run
According to the police, Sujit Mandal died in a road accident. He was allegedly hit by a car and dragged him for about 600 meters. In this case, the driver who has been detained by the police is said to be 16 years of age. That is, he is a minor. The police is now investigating with the angle of the accident.
Company people accused of conspiring to murder
On the other hand, Sujit Mandal’s family says that this is not an accident but a murder. Sujit’s wife alleged that her husband was threatened by some people of the company. The wife claims that Sujit was threatened with death several times due to malfunction. His direct charge is on the company’s supervisor Deepak and his associate Vicky.
The deceased’s mother Sunita Devi has also questioned the theory of the police. He said that if someone had been dragged for 600 meters, the body would have been completely mutilated. But Sujit had only bruises on his head and face, the rest of the limbs were almost safe.
Police also stained
The family alleges that not only the people of the company but the police are also threatening them. Sunita Devi claimed that when she went to the police station to lodge a complaint, the policemen threatened her to remain silent. He says that ‘the police even said that if you speak more, you will also stop you.’
Family demands justice
Sujit Mandal’s wife and mother clearly say that she wants a fair investigation and justice in this matter. The family alleges that the company’s supervisor Deepak planned the entire conspiracy and an attempt is being made to give the matter of an accident by keeping the name of the minor driver in front.
