On receiving information about the incident, the student and child were admitted to the government hospital in Shahapur. Both are healthy. Local authorities first hidden the matter of giving birth to the student's child, but the matter came to light after the Child Rights Protection Commission came to the notice. Commission member Shashidhar Kosambe told Asianet Suvarna News that instructions have been given to gather detailed reports and take cognizance of the case and register a case. Shashidhar Kosambe, a member of the State Child Rights Protection Commission, said that in the case of giving birth to a ninth student's child at a residential school in Shahapur in Yadgiri district, instructions have been given to take appropriate action against the Principal, Warden, Class Teacher and Staff Nurse of Residential School.
