Farhan Saeeda fan-favorite in both music and acting, is known for his memorable roles in hits like Udaari, Suno Chandand Mere humsafar. Often dubbed as the “King of Romance” on Pakistani television, his charming screen presence has earned him a massive fanbase. However, fans have recently expressed disappointment in his project choices and are eagerly waiting for him to return with a strong, impactful role.

Now, Saeed is all set to star in an upcoming romantic-comedy film titled Ladduopposite actress Kinza Hashmi. The film is written by Ali Moeen and Abu Aleeha and will be directed by Abu Aleeha himself. Set against the vibrant and realistic backdrop of Karachi, Laddu promises a blend of comedy and romance with local cultural flavor.

Kinza Hashmi, who has been praised for taking on unique and diverse roles in dramas like Khushboo mein basay khat and Farhad Programwill once again share the screen with Farhan Saeed — her co-star from the drama Farhad Program. She is also gearing up for her silver screen debut, and Laddu seems to be one of her major cinematic ventures.

However, the announcement of this pairing has been met with significant public disapproval. Fans were quick to voice their concerns online, pointing out that their previous project together, Farhad Programfailed to impress both critics and viewers. Social media users expressed their disappointment at the repeated pairing of Farhan and Kinza.

The backlash highlights a growing sentiment among audiences who want to see fresh pairings and stronger storylines rather than repeated collaborations that haven’t worked in the past.

Despite the skepticism, the team behind Laddu remains hopeful that the film’s humor, storytelling, and Karachi-based setting will offer something new and entertaining for audiences.

Whether the film can overcome its early criticism remains to be seen — but for now, fans are watching closely.
