GPT-5 prompts: Imagine, you are going to a meeting and your manager already knows what you are going to say. He has a full list of responsibilities of every team member and every detail to the progress, shortcomings and performance of the project is already on his table. It is a dream -like productivity tool for the boss, but can also be a little scary for the team.

This picture was presented by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella this week, when he told how they are using GPT-5 in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Satya Nadella wrote on X (first Twitter)- For the last few weeks we have included GPT-5 in Microsoft 365 Copilot and it has become part of my everyday workflow. This is connecting all my apps to a new intelligence layer.

Top 5 GPT-5 Prompts of Satya Nadella

1. ‘Cheat Sheet’ of the next meeting

From this prompt, Copilot explains the previous interaction with a colleague and tells what can be the most important 5 things in his mind in the next meeting. That is, you can get a glimpse of their agenda as soon as you take entry in the room.

2. All-in-One Dashboard of Project Update

Copilot creates a detailed report by mixing data of email, chat and meetings. This includes KPIS vs. targets, win-defeat, possible risk, competition activities and even difficult questions and answers preparations.

3. Product Launch Time and Risk Analysis

This prompt directs the answer- will the product be launched on time? Copilot gives a probability score by assessing engineering progress, pilot programs and risks. This is no less than a crystal ball for the manager.

4. Time Management Audit

With the help of calendar and email, Copilot shows how much time was spent in what work last month. It shows % time split by creating 5-7 categories. This shows where your real time is being spent.

5. Pre-peep report of meeting

Copilot gives you the briefing of the next meeting, based on an elected email and previous manager-tim discharge, so that you should never get caught in an unknown situation.

Why is this big change?

This disclosure of Satya Nadella shows that Copilot is no longer limited to draft notes or email drafts. It has become a smart ‘Digital Chief of Staff’ including individual work history and live data. This means that in future, leaders will not only go to ask questions in a meeting, but they will already have questions and possible answers.
