
Health Desk. Due to poor lifestyle, unbalanced food and pollution, toxins (toxins) start accumulating in the body, which can pollute the blood. Laid blood can become the root of many problems in the body such as pimples, allergies, tiredness, digestive disturbances and weakness of the immune system. 1. Neem leaf
Neem is called the ‘protector of health’ in Ayurveda. Its leaves have antibacterial, antifungal and blood purifying properties. Chewing 4-5 neem soft leaves or drinking neem tea daily on an empty stomach in the morning and provides relief in skin diseases.
2. Giloy
Giloy, also known as ‘Amrita’, helps in removing toxic elements from the body. Drinking Giloy juice every morning reduces blood impurities and strengthens the immune system. It is also effective in problems to fever, allergies and digestives.
3. Beetroot
Beetroot is rich in iron, fiber and antioxidants. This increases the number of red blood cells (RBCs) along with cleaning the blood. Drinking beetroot juice daily gives energy to the body and gives natural glow to the skin.
4. Turmeric
The element called ‘Curcumin’ present in turmeric helps in removing toxins from the body. Drinking warm milk with turmeric at night cleanses blood and the body is able to fight infections.
5. Tulsi
Tulsi purifies not only the atmosphere but also blood. Its leaves have antioxidants and detoxifying properties. Chewing 5-7 leaves of basil daily in the morning cleanses blood and protects against skin problems.
