Hulu has confirmed that the hit comedy show Deli Boys will return for a second season. The series tells the story of two Pakistani-American brothers, Raj and Mir Dar, who discover that their late father ran a criminal business. The brothers try to keep the empire alive while fighting rivals who want control.
The first season, which releases in March 2025, had 10 episodes. Saagar Shaikh plays Raj, and Asif Ali plays Mir. The cast also includes Poorna Jagannathan, Alfie Fuller, and Brian George. The show was created by Abdullah Saeed and produced by Onyx Collective, a Disney-owned company that highlights diverse voices and underrepresented creators.
Season 2 will bring in a new face. Fred Armisen, known for his role as Uncle Fester in Wednesday, joins the cast as a series regular. He will play a “gambling genius” who runs a casino empire. His biggest casino is in Philadelphia, and his mix of brilliance and madness makes him both dangerous and fascinating.
The first season also featured a special appearance from Tan France of Queer Eye. France spoke out when critics labeled Deli Boys a “brown show for brown people.” He explained that the story is for everyone, not just one group. “If I could connect with white shows my whole life, people can connect with this one too,” he said.
Fans can now look forward to more wild adventures, new characters, and bigger drama when Deli Boys returns for Season 2.
