Delhi Rains Alert: Delhi once again witnessed heavy rains on Friday (29 August) morning. During this time, there was a traffic jam on the roads and people commuting to and from the office had to face problems.

Once again, heavy rains on Friday (29 August) morning in Delhi cooled the weather. Due to strong winds, a drop in temperature was recorded. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has predicted that it will remain cloudy throughout the day today. The Meteorological Department has predicted intermittent rains till September 10.

If we look at it, August is about to end, but the monsoon is still continuing. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for Delhi and surrounding areas. Meteorologists have predicted that there will be light to heavy rain in NCR including Delhi on August 29. There may be light rain with thunder and lightning in many parts of Chhatarpur, Vasant Vihar, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Hauz Khas, Palam, Malviya Nagar, Mehrauli, Delhi Airport, IGNOU and Gurugram. 

Vehicles stuck on Delhi roads due to rain

. It has been raining heavily in Delhi since morning. The sky has become dark with dark clouds. Meanwhile, waterlogging has occurred on the roads and vehicles are stuck on the main routes of Delhi. During this time, office goers are facing problems due to traffic. 

More than normal rain in Delhi

This time the weather department report has revealed that Delhi has received much more rain than normal in three months. 45 percent rain was recorded in June, 24 percent in July and 45 percent in August. The rain in Delhi is not going to stop yet. Meteorologists have predicted that it will rain intermittently till around 10 September. 

In many areas of Delhi-NCR, it is raining lightly and in some places it is raining heavily. However, during the last 24 hours, the sun and humidity troubled people during the day. However, there was good rain at night.

Delhi's minimum temperature reached 23 degrees.

The average minimum temperature of Delhi has been recorded at 23 degrees, while the maximum is 32 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, the minimum temperature of Noida has been recorded at 26 degrees and the maximum at 31 degrees.
