If you want to take liver care in a natural and delicious way, you can include some very simple but effective things in your diet. Know below some food combinations that can improve liver health:
1. Date and Walnuts: Liver’s Super Food Snack
Dates are considered to be the powerhouse of antioxidants. Along with natural sweetness, vitamins and minerals are also rich. When it is eaten with a walnut rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it acts like a tonic for the liver. Eat 2-3 walnuts with 3-4 dates in the morning or afternoon breakfast.
2. Mix Nuts and Dark Chocolate: Healthy and Tasty Treats
Mix nuts such as almonds, cashews, pistachios and hazelns are rich in vitamin E, which protect liver cells from oxidative damage. When it is added to antioxidants rich in blueberries, strawberries or any seasonal berry, it can help reduce liver inflammation and fatty liver problem. In the morning breakfast, add 1/2 cup of fresh berries to 1 bowl of curd and consume it without sugar.
