Green coriander cheese curry is one such new twist. The correct combination of fresh green coriander, curd and spices makes it light, creamy and taste. It can be served with roti, paratha or cumin rice.

Material
Main material:
- Paneer – 200 grams (chopped into cubes)
- Fresh green coriander – 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Curd – 1/2 cup (full cream)
- Tomato – 2 (puree or grinding)
- Onion – 1 large (finely chopped)
- Green chili – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
- Oil or Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Spices:
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Recipe
- Prepare coriander-paste:
Add green coriander, green chillies and curd to the mixer and make a smooth paste. This will give freshness to the gravy and light tanga. - Apply tempering:
Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. After this, add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden. - Fry the masala:
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add tomato puree and cook until the oil is separated from the edges. - Add dry spices:
Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes so that the spices mix well. - Add coriander-curd paste:
Add prepared green coriander and curd paste and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes. This will make the gravy thick and flavorful. - Add cheese:
Add cheese pieces and cook on low flame for 5 minutes so that the taste of the spice is absorbed well in the cheese. - Final Touch:
Add garam masala and kasuri fenugreek and mix with light hands. Turn off the gas.
