Now you must be wondering what is good, then let us tell you that you can also call it pakoras. The biggest feature of this recipe is that it does not take much time to make and due to the dish from the routine, it also gives a different flavor. Now you must be thinking how to make poha balls, so let’s tell you its special recipe
Pohe pakoras making materials:
1 cup pohe, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 cup gram flour, oil, green chili finely chopped, chaat masala, salt by taste, roasted peanuts
How to make pohe pakoras?
- First step: To make the dumplings of the pohe, first take the poha in a bowl and wash it, after washing, filter the water and keep it aside. Now boil two potatoes and then mash it well and keep it in a batarn.
- Another step: Now mix mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, roasted peanuts, salt masala, salt as per taste. Then add gram flour solution to it. A mixture of pakoras is ready.
- Third step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add oil to it. Now make the dumplings in round shape and put them in hot oil. Keep in mind that the flame of gas should be slow so that the dumplings are cooked well.
- Fourth step: When the poha balls are cooked well, take them out in a plate and enjoy the hot poha balls with green coriander sauce.
