Rohit passed both the tests. During this test, Rohit’s stamina saw a lot of improvement. Rohit has satisfied the coaching staff by passing both the tests.

Apart from Rohit Sharma, many more players have also passed this test. Apart from Rohit, Shubman Gill, Jaspreet Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur and Yashasvi Jaiswal have also passed the test. At the same time, according to reports, Bronco has influenced everyone with the famous Krishna in Test.

What is Bronco Test?

Bronco Test is a way to check the fitness of cricket players. This test forces both their heart and mind to work hard, such as in the real match. Four corners are planted on the ground. The first is applied at 0 m, the second 20 m, the third 40 m and the fourth 60 m. The player has to run up to 20 meters first and come back, then run up to 40 meters and come back, then run up to 60 meters and come back. A set is completed as soon as it is completed.

How much does it have to run?

A total of 240 meters has to be run in a set. The player has to complete five sets without a complete interruption, meaning 1200 meters. Bronco is known for the test intensity and the ability to challenge the athlete’s stamina, stamina and recovery.
