Every day, if you are bored by eating the same bread pakoras, samosas or bhujia, then today we have brought for you a recipe which is very easy to make, wonderful to eat and new in taste. Its name is Crispy Poha Balls. It is very crisp from outside and soft from inside. It is so easy to make them that you can prepare just in 15-20 minutes whenever you want. So let’s know without delay, the recipe for making this fun breakfast. After washing, remove all the water and leave the pohe for 5-7 minutes so that it becomes soft. Prepare the mission: Now mash the boiled potatoes in another big bowl. Add soaked soft poha, finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, and ginger -garlic paste. Add lemon juice on top. The secret of curvature: To make the mixture crispy, add 2 tablespoons of rice flour to it. Now mix everything well with your hands so that a dow (flour) -like mixture is ready. Make balls: Apply some oil on your hands so that the mixture does not stick. Now take small parts from the prepared mixture and give them the shape of round balls. If you want, you can also give them any other shape of your choice like cutlets or tikki. Fry: Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the prepared poha balls to it slowly. Do not add too much balls at a time, otherwise they can stick together. Fry until it turns out: Fry the balls on medium flame till it becomes golden and crisp. Keep turning them lightly in between so that they are prepared from all around. Your hot and crispy poha balls are ready! Serve them with your favorite green chutney or tomato ketchup and double the fun of the evening tea.
