Make distance from potato-
Consuming potato can prove to be very harmful for the health of diabetes patients. It contains a lot of starch, which means that potatoes contain a lot of carbohydrates. Apart from this, the glycemic index is high in potatoes. The glycemic index of baked potato is 111, while boiled potatoes have a glassemic index 82, which causes a lot of damage to the patient of diabidies.

Do not eat corn-
Bhutte’s glycemic index is 52, but it is not counted in fiber rich food, due to which it can harm diabetes patients. Still, if you want to eat it, then eat with high fiber food and eat it.

Avoid eating peas-
A lot of carbs are found in peas, hence it can harm patients with diabetes. Its glycemic index is 51. Avoid consuming peas in diabetes or eat limited quantities.

Do not drink vegetable juices-
Green vegetable juice is very beneficial for health, but there is a lot of fiber deficiency in this drink. That is why it is not a good option for diabetes patients. Fiber helps in controlling blood sugar level. It would be better to include them in your diet instead of drinking vegetable juice.
