Cinnamon and clove extracts also relieve cold and cough. Cinnamon has antibacterial properties that cure throat infections. Turmeric and black pepper
Turmeric is rich in antiseptic properties that help reduce sore throat and inflammation. Black pepper helps to open a closed nose. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper powder to a glass of water and boil it well. After boiling the water, turn off the gas and consume it when it is lukewarm. Drinking turmeric water before sleeping at night is more beneficial.
Mulleti extract
Mulethi provides relief in throat problems. Put the roots of liquorice in a glass of water and boil it well. Add a little honey to it and drink it slowly when the water is lukewarm. This will provide relief from cold and cold.
