2. Spinach, Fenugreek, Bathua Mustard: Green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, bathua, mustard are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, but they have very low calories. They detox the body and prevent fat from accumulating. Include it as vegetable, paratha, soup or smoothie.
3. Linseed seeds
Linseed seeds are considered a superfood for weight loss. The soluble fiber present in them helps to keep the stomach clean and controls appetite. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids which are helpful in reducing body fat. Take ground seeds mixed with curd, smoothie or salad.
4. Green tea
Green tea contains antioxidants that accelerate the metabolism of the body and speed up the process of fat burning. It also refreshes the body and improves digestion. Take lukewarm green tea 2-3 times a day, do not add sugar.
