1. Spinach
Spinach is rich in iron, which helps in increasing hemoglobin. It also contains vitamin C, which is helpful in the absorption of iron. You can include it as spinach vegetable, paratha or soup.
2. Pomegranate
Pomegranate is called ‘blood booster’. Iron, vitamins A, C and E are found in abundance in it. Eating a bowl of pomegranate daily increases the amount of blood in the body and also improves the skin.
3. jaggery and mole
Jaggery is a natural source of iron and sesame contains calcium, magnesium and iron. By mixing these two, the body gets essential nutrients and removes blood loss. Especially women must take it in winter.
4. Beetroot
Beetroot is rich in iron, folate and fiber. It is beneficial to drink it in the form of raw salad or by making juice. It not only increases blood, but also detoxes the body.
5. Dried dry fruits – especially raisins and dates
Raisins and dates are rich in iron and natural sugar, which help to increase the amount of blood. Eating 5-6 raisins and dates is very beneficial every morning, especially for children and women.
