Also, under the scheme, all kinds of investigation from general health check -up of the elderly will also be free. The government has not set any limit for treatment expenses. That is, the Delhi government will bear all the expenses for the treatment of citizens above 60 years of age.
The Delhi government will issue a health card to the citizens registering under the Sanjeevani Yojana. Once the health card is made, you can get your investigation and treatment in any government or private hospital in Delhi. Verification will be done after registration under the Sanjeevani scheme by the Delhi government. After the completion of the verification process, all the elderly will be given health cards. After getting the health card, all the elderly will be able to go to government or private hospital and get free treatment. The special thing is that the maximum income limit has not been fixed under this scheme, that is, all persons above 60 years of age in Delhi will get the benefit of the scheme.
