Health Desk. In today’s modern lifestyle, due to wrong eating, stress, and pollution, our veins (artery and blood vessels) are gradually filled with hard and frozen dirt. It is also called atherosclerosis, which affects blood flow in important places such as heart and brain and can cause serious diseases. Therefore, keeping the veins clean and healthy is very important for our complete health.
1. Consumption of fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins. They reduce harmful cholesterol stored in the body and help to keep the walls of the veins clean. Especially green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, apples, and fruit are very beneficial for the nerves.
2. omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in fish, linseed seeds and walnuts, reduce inflammation in the veins and improve blood flow. Regular diet containing omega-3 keeps the veins clean and flexible.
3. Regular exercise
Exercise not only controls weight but also improves blood circulation. A at least 30 minutes of walk, yoga or light exercise helps to keep the veins strong and clean daily.
4. Consumption of fluids
Drinking sufficient amount of water and eating herbal tea, such as green tea, helps in extracting toxic substances stored in the veins. It keeps the body hydrated and keeps the blood thin, which keeps the veins healthy.
5. Stress and smoking prevention
Stress and smoking damage the veins. In the event of stress, there is hormone imbalance in the body that can narrow the blood vessels. Due to smoking, the frozen dirt in the veins increases and blood flow is interrupted. Therefore it is very important to reduce stress and quit smoking.
