Yes, there are two miraculous yogasan which if you include in your routine, then the problem of constipation can be eliminated from the root. These asanas are – Pawanmuktasana and Malasan. Come, let’s know how these asanas work and what is the right way to do them. Wind-Relieving Pose, as it is evident from the name, this asana helps in removing the gas (wind) stuck in the stomach. This asana directly affects our digestive system and helps to advance the stool by massaging the intestines. Pick up and try to touch your chin or nose with knees. In this position, stop for 20 to 30 seconds according to your ability and keep breathing normally. Breaking slowly, come back to your old position. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times. 2. Maland Pose ‘Mal’ means dirt. This asana makes the process of removing the stool out of the body. It brings our intestines to the right position, which cleanses the stomach easily. Actually, this is the same desi rigging seating, which our elders used to adopt and live healthy. How to do Malason? Stand upright between the two legs. Keep the side and add both hands in front of the chest in the posture of salutation. Put a slight pressure on the knees with the cooks so that they spread outwards. Try to keep your spine straight. Stay in this situation for 30 to 60 seconds. After this, stand back slowly. If this posture is the best time to do these two rugs in the morning. By doing these asanas just 5 to 10 minutes every morning, you will see that your constipation problem is slowly ending. An important thing: If you have a serious problem in your knees, waist or stomach or there is a recent operation, then before doing these asanas, take advice from a yoga specialist or doctor before doing these asanas.
