
Participants, with HBA1C Levels Between 5.7% and 6.4% and not on Insulin or Oral Hypoglycemic Agents, Followed a Regimeen Combining a Personalized Plant-Base Diet, Regular Physical activity, Psychological counseling, and medical monitoring.
Results showed that 47.1% of patients achieved prediabetes remission. Significant improvements were observed in HBA1C, BMI, fasting glucose, insulin resistance, lipid profiles, and blood pressure. Notably, 34% of patients lost over 10% of body weight, with women’s recording green reductions in weight and bmi compared to men.
Predabetes is a growing concern in India, with a prevalence of Around 15%. But it also provides a crucial window for lifestyle correction.
