Health Desk. Kidney, that is, our “filter machine”, cleans the blood day and night and removes toxic elements from the body. But when this limb gradually starts to weaken, the first signs appear in our urine. Often people ignore these signs, which can later cause chronic kidney disease or kidney failure.
1. Foam or Fen urine
If the urine is seen repeatedly, then this protein can be urea, that is, protein is leaking from the body and coming into urine. This is the initial indication of kidney filter malfunction.
2. Urine color is very dark or very lighter
The urine of a healthy person is light yellow. If it is getting too deep or is exactly like water, it may be a sign of disturbance in the functioning of the kidney.
3. Bleeding in urine
If blood is seen in urin, even if there is a very small amount of blood, then it is a serious alarm. This may be a sign of kidney stone, tumor or kidney infection.
4. Burning or pain while urin
Feeling of burning, prick or pain while urinating can be indicated not only of UTI (urinary tract infection), but also a kidney infection. It can be dangerous to take it lightly.
5. Repeated urine or urine intermittent
If you are urinating repeatedly during the day or urine comes intermittently, it also indicates a disturbance in the kidney function.
