Studies conducted by researchers:- A new research has found that drinking morning coffee can have a negative effect on blood sugar levels, which can increase the risk for diabetes and heart disease.

In this study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, researchers analyzed the effects of broken sleep and dawn coffee on various metabolic markers.

Researchers said, “Our results show that a night’s poor sleep has a limited effect on metabolism, but drinking coffee can have a negative effect on blood sugar.” This study was conducted in Britain.

In this study, 29 healthy men and women were invited for experiments on three different nights.

In an experiment, the participants took normal sleep and consumed a sugar drink in the morning.

In the second experiment, the participants were given a disrupted night sleep (where they were awakened for five minutes every hour) and then the same sugar drink.

In the third experiment, the participants were given a strong black coffee 30 minutes ago after disrupted sleep, then the same sugar drink was given. Blood samples were taken after glucose drinks.

The findings showed that the interrupted sleep compared to normal sleep had no negative effects on blood sugar and insulin reactions after breakfast.

However, the study also found that the intake of coffee before breakfast increases blood sugar reaction by about 50 percent.

This study makes it clear that the common way to drink coffee after night sleep can solve the problem of sleep, but it can limit the ability to bear sugar in breakfast.

“We know that about half of people drink coffee as soon as they wake up in the morning, and as fatigue increases, the amount of coffee also increases,” the authors wrote.
