Hollywood's dazzling vocalist Sabrina Carpenter has clinched the top position on the Billboard Top 100 with her newest single, Man's Best Friend, marking the highest-charting achievement of her career. Additionally, this track has made Carpenter the first female artist to achieve the largest opening week album sales in 2025.
Sabrina Carpenter unveiled her latest album, Man's Best Friend, on August 29. This collection of 12 tracks swiftly ascended to the number one spot on the Billboard Top 100, with 366,000 album units sold, according to Luminate, surpassing her previous album, Short n Sweet, which had 362,000 album units.
In addition, she has also become the most-streamed female artist this year. On Spotify, her album holds the record for the most-streamed album in a single day by a female artist this year.

Sabrina Carpenter's seventh album, a compilation of 12 tracks, features her regular collaborators Amy Allen, Jack Antonoff, and John Ryan. Carpenter remarked about her album, "finding humor in your mistakes while everything unravels... said with a hint of sarcasm like a genuine 25-year-old."
The tracks were recorded across London, New York, and Los Angeles.

The artist recently graced the VMA Awards in a striking red Valentino gown, complemented by a fluffy lavender stole. She secured her second MTV VMA award, winning Album of the Year for Short n’ Sweet.
She was among the most nominated artists of the evening with eight nominations. She was in the running for Best Album ( Short n’ Sweet) and Best Pop Artist, while her music video Manchild received nominations for Video of the Year, Best Pop Song, Best Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and Best Visual Effects.
