Increasing threat of e-commerce platforms

The trend of online shopping has increased tremendously this year. While the use of e-commerce has increased by 115% compared to last year, this year 28% people are going to make their shopping online. The reason for increasing the trend of people towards the online platform is the facility, diversity, discounts and offers, and easy returns policy.

According to the survey, the most important thing for those who are shopping online is trust. That is, the quality of the product, the right price and the rheumless returns are the most important factor.

What will be the most spent on?

This time the largest part of the expenses of the people is going on smartphones, electronic items and home decorations. 44% of the people involved in the survey are in the mood to spend on smartphones and electronics, while the same people are going to invest money on home repair or decoration products. Apart from this, ration, fashion and beauty products are also on top in the list.

More than two lakh people from 319 districts of the country participated in this survey. Among those who replied were 61% of men and 39% women. This time the festival season can prove to be a big booster not only for happiness but also for the economy. Getting relief in GST has improved the mood of customers, which will make the market rotate in the market and will return bright in many sectors.
