He has filed a petition in the court demanding a ban on misuse of publicity and personality rights. During the hearing, the lawyer appearing on his behalf urged the court to take an immediate decision to protect these rights.

The bench of Justice Tejas Karia also said that he will issue further instructions to remove the URL that violates Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's personality rights. Considering the trial filed by Aishwarya, seeking security of her name, image, personality, voice, the High Court expressed its intention to protect her rights. The trial filed through advocate Praveen Anand and Dhruv Anand states that many institutions are violating their propagation and personality rights using their name, voice and video for the Iing Commercial Perpage, and their images are also being tampered with in various porn videos.
