
ETS, the organisation that conducts the TOEFL® test, has rolled out a new initiative called TOEFL SUPER 50 to support Indian students aspiring to study abroad. The programme, launched in partnership with an education-focused NBFC, comes with a prize pool of Rs 10 lakh.
To take part in the contest, students must:
Have attempted the Global Scholar Challenge introduced by ETS India.
Register and book the TOEFL iBT® test by December 15, 2025.
Complete the test by December 31, 2025.
As part of the initiative, every participant will receive:
12 scored TOEFL practice tests.
The TOEFL Official Test Prep eBook at no cost.
A financial literacy masterclass conducted by Credila.
Discounts on education loan processing fees with the partner NBFC.
A chance to compete for the Rs 10 lakh prize pool.
According to ETS, 85% of students who appeared for the TOEFL test in recent years successfully secured visas, highlighting the exam’s importance in the admissions process. By adding resources like finance sessions and practice material, ETS aims to offer Indian aspirants additional preparation support.

"Universities anticipate that they will exhibit excellent language proficiency and preparedness for the workforce. In addition to helping them study for tests like the TOEFL, we at ETS aim to raise their financial literacy to help them along the way', he stated.
Students will immediately be eligible for the program and have access to the study materials and practice exams if they schedule their TOEFL iBT® test by December 15, 2025. The actual exam is due on December 31, 2025
The TOEFL exam is accepted by universities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and several other countries. It can be taken at designated test centres or from home through the online mode.
