
New Delhi: In a major development the American technology giant Microsoft has asked its employees to work from the office at least three days a week starting next year. The company made the announcement in a blog post on Tuesday. Microsofts chief people officer Amy Coleman in a blog post further informed that the policy will be rolled out in three phases starting with employees near the companys headquarters in Redmond Washington followed by other US locations and international employees. To recall companies had moved to a work-from-home setup since the pandemic owing to safety concerns. However some tech firms including Amazon have begun to roll back those policies and now mandate workers to return to offices.
