Ever since the businessmans death the matter has shown no signs of settling. Now Sunjay Kapu’s sister Mandhira Kapur has made several serious allegations. She has accused her sister-in-law Priya Sachdev Kapur and made a shocking statement regarding the board. Mandhira alleged that her mother Rani Kapur was locked in a room by a board member and was then forced to sign certain documents. Speaking to CNN-News18 Mandhira said “I was present there and was banging on the door loudly. I saw that the door was locked from the inside. My mother told me that she was forced to sign something. She was very upset. We then started searching to find out what they had made her sign but we couldn’t find any papers.” What did Sunjay Kapurs sister say? Mandhira further alleged that everything was stolen from the house. She said it was deeply personal how everything was taken away from her mother calling the experience very painful. Her mother is Rani Surinder Kapur and her father was the industrialist Dr. Surinder Kapur. What is the dispute over Sunjays property? Earlier this year Sunjay passed away suddenly in the UK. Following his death a dispute arose over his property reportedly worth ₹30000 crore. The matter first gained attention when his mother Rani made allegations against the company and her daughter-in-law Priya Sachdev. Later Karisma Kapoor’s children also approached the Delhi High Court accusing Kapurs third wife Priya Sachdev of tampering with his will.
