Passengers suffering in summer, newspaper became fans
The passengers sitting in the aircraft were disturbed by the heat. In the video that went viral on social media, passengers were seen using newspapers and magazines as fans. A passenger, who was also a PTI journalist, said that for two hours, the aircraft was waited without any concrete information. Eventually, all the passengers were taken off the aircraft and sent to the terminal.

Air India remained silent
Surprisingly, the crew members did not give any reason for the decision taken to the passengers. No official statement has been revealed by Air India on this whole matter. Angered among the passengers was clearly seen, as no explanation was given even after such a huge inconvenience.

The incident once again raises questions about technical flaws and convenience of passengers in aviation services. On social media, the passengers took out their anger and sought an answer from Air India.
