Passenger Discomfort on Air India Flight
Over 200 passengers aboard an Air India flight to Singapore encountered significant discomfort at Delhi Airport when the aircraft's air conditioning system malfunctioned. After being seated for nearly two hours, they were eventually disembarked.
The flight, AI2380, operated by a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, was scheduled to depart around 11 PM on Wednesday but experienced delays. According to a journalist from a news agency on board, both the air conditioning and electrical systems were not functioning properly.
After waiting for about two hours, all passengers were taken off the plane and moved to the terminal building. The crew did not provide a specific reason for the decision to disembark the over 200 travelers. Air India has yet to issue a statement regarding the incident. Videos shared on social media showed passengers fanning themselves with newspapers and magazines.
