IDBI Bank Recruitment 2025: Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has invited applications for two senior-level specialist posts on a contract basis. The last date to apply has been fixed as September 20, 2025.

Which posts will be recruited?

The first post is of the PM and IT Head (Compliance). The person selected for this post will take care of all regulatory rules, along with conducting IT projects, ensuring compliance with the framework related to project management, audit, and security rules.

The second post is of General Manager (IT and MIS). The candidate selected for this post will digitize the bank's reporting system, i.e., MIS, modernize the data system, and create new facilities for advanced analysis.

Who can apply?

Talking about qualifications, for the post of PM and IT, the candidate should have studied engineering or science with an MCA or equivalent degree. At the same time, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc (IT) is required for IT and MIS posts. The age limit for both posts has been fixed from 40 to 55 years, which will be considered till 31 August 2025. Apart from this, the candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in the IT sector and 5 years of leadership experience in banking or financial services.

Selection Process
The selection process will include shortlisting, screening, and interviews of candidates. The interview can be conducted at the bank's corporate office in Mumbai or online. The final selection will be based on merit, medical fitness, and document verification.

The tenure for both posts will be 5 years, which will be reviewed every year. The headquarters will be Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, but the candidate can be posted in any part of the country if needed. The purpose of this recruitment is to strengthen the IT Management, Compliance, and MIS department of the bank.
